How early should I arrive to catch my train?
Plan on arriving at the station at least 35 minutes prior to your departure. This will give you sufficient time to board your train. If you have received a train voucher from us, we recommend arriving at the train station a minimum of 60 minutes prior to departure in order to exchange the voucher for your train ticket (if required).
Is it okay to bring food on board?
Yes, eating and drinking are permitted on most trains.

Storage compartments are available on most trains, and
are located at train car entrances or above the seats.
